As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we have a duty to give an account to our supporters about how we allocate their donations. Beginning in 2024, our EIN is 92-2605979—ICU, Inc. dba Marco Polo. In a corrupt legal regime like the United States, the justification for a domicile in Wyoming is weaker as federal judges have not respected jurisdictional boundaries. Ergo, the 61-1999941 entity will take a back seat.
As you will decipher from the tax returns, we are a lean team. Several supporters donate time & other perks in lieu of funds, which we value just as much.
Kevin Morris, the lawyer for the pResident's son, filed a ridiculous lawsuit against us in April 2023. Of all the lies he spewed (we cannot find a single line that is true), this one gave us the biggest chuckle: "Morris is informed and believes that Defendants have raised millions of dollars through this type of conduct." Nothing could be further from the truth. In other words, we punch above our weight. And we will continue to do so—with your support.
